After carefully reading the technical specifications and manual provided with the machine, and following the correct vulcanized bonding process, the strength of the bonded joints can reach over 90% of the new belt.
Not only are the joints smooth and nearly indistinguishable from the original belt, but they also reduce wear on the roller and extend the service life of the conveyor and rubber conveyor belt.

At 1.5 MPa pressure, its parallel tightness does not exceed 0.03 mm, a feature not typically available in standard machines.
2. The heating plates ensure even heating at all points, both top and bottom. After 10 minutes of entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference across the working surface is only ±3℃ to 4℃, exceeding international standards.
3. The time from room temperature to the sulfurization temperature (145℃) is no more than 25 minutes, with power consumption half that of the same industry at home and abroad, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects.
4. Single molding with vulcanized bonding or repair; the bonded area is flat and smooth, with the same tensile strength as the original belt.

III. Water Cooling:
Internally configured with an internationally advanced DC water cooling circulation system. Quickly cools from 145℃ high temperature to 70℃.
In just 5 minutes, accelerate bonding process, enhance belt joint strength, and maintain belt joints.

The handle features an SD soft connection, remains cool to the touch during high-temperature operations, has a chrome-plated finish for a shiny, attractive appearance, and is compact and exquisite.
V. Water Pressure Plate:
1. The water pressure plate is meticulously crafted using internationally advanced technology. Due to its unique structure, it uniformly distributes pressure. After numerous high-pressure tests, the water pressure plate has successfully undergone a 1.875MPa, 30-minute high-pressure test.
Absolutely no leakage, exceeding international standards.

Digital and indicator display, preset vulcanization time and temperature, the entire vulcanization process is fully automatic, with the alarm light on, indicating the job is automatically completed.
2. The fully automatic LCD digital temperature control box boasts an exquisite and compact design, featuring advanced vertical double-layer waterproof technology and an integrated dustproof and waterproof cover.
Adaptable for operation under harsh external conditions such as sandstorms, heavy rain, scorching sun, etc.
3. Overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection equipped automatic leakage circuit breakers to ensure personal safety.
4. Due to its integrated wiring and automated operational procedures, along with unified plugs and sockets, this electrical control box is compatible with all vulcanizing machines and repair machines from our factory. This feature is not available in standard models.
