ANDREAS "Andreas" computer vulcanizing machine, featuring an "Andreas" software system PLC touch screen for automatic temperature control. Supports multi-machine automatic "Internet of Things" remote control via mobile APP for vulcanizing belt joints (this feature is available only in high-end customized versions, 2-year warranty, lifetime maintenance!) The machine is made of high-strength, lightweight aviation-grade aluminum alloy, coated with multi-color imported nano materials, and treated with environmentally friendly anti-corrosion plastic spraying and special baking process.

ANDREAS® Rubber Curing Machine is composed of the following parts: curing machine frame (beam), heating plate, hydraulic bag, large bolts, clamping device, integrated electric water tank pressure pump, high-pressure water pipes, computer touch screen software control box, power cables, and temperature sensors, etc. 1. The series of curing machines are lightweight with high-quality lightweight aluminum alloy beams, compact in size, easy to handle individually, and easy to carry, assemble, and disassemble. The surface of the separate parts is smooth without burrs. 2. Technical Core—Computer Control Box, this machine uses ANDREAS® high-tech precise temperature control technology, stable control of curing temperature and insulation time, and the curing temperature and insulation time can be adjusted by touch. Insulation time is automatically timed, automatically stops when the time is up, and an alarm signal is emitted. The computer curing machine uses a man-machine interface, with a two-dimensional animation demonstration of the curing state, real-time monitoring of the belt curing process, equipped with automatic control, automatic protection, and automatic monitoring functions, accurately completing the belt joint. Its unique temperature control system has a broken wire alarm emergency stop device to prevent curing failure and ensure bonding safety and reliability. The computer temperature control box is waterproof, sturdy, lightweight, equipped with a protective cover and handle, and the rubber feet can act as shock absorption and insulation. The control box has overload, short circuit, and leakage protection, using 24V low-voltage safe circuit control to ensure personal safety. 3. Heating System, the core heating element is designed in parallel to ensure that the curing process can continue smoothly in case of a local failure, reducing losses. The heating plate is flexible after heating and has good thermal conductivity. The machine has a 5mm thick core heating element, with each independent heating strip strictly calculated for different power to ensure even heating. The heating elements cannot be designed in series to avoid local short circuits, which could cause the joint being cured to be scrapped. The heating plates on both sides of the curing work surface provide even heating, and after entering the insulation phase, the temperature difference on the work surface is not more than ±2°C. The heating plate reaches the curing temperature from room temperature in less than 30 minutes. The working temperature can be adjusted from 0-300°C. The thermal plate edge has an external temperature detection port, which can be used to check the temperature with a probe thermometer at any time. The heating plate socket uses COMIX® high-quality special insulating rubber sheet. The curing machine insulating plate uses an imported poplar veneer compressed insulation material, which is easy to handle and has low maintenance costs. 4. ANDREAS® Computer Curing Machine Cooling Method: forced cooling/natural cooling, cooling time: the curing work surface is reduced to ≤60°C, with forced cooling time of about 15 minutes, and natural cooling time of about 280 minutes. 5. ANDREAS® Computer Curing Machine Pressure System, the pressure device uses a three-in-one combined design to ensure uniform upward pressure during inflation. The pressure system design is simple, with the pressure plate uniformly compressed without water leakage or pressure loss. ANDREAS® Computer Curing Machine inflation system uses an integrated portable water tank electric pressure pump, with the motor made of 100% pure copper wire. 6. Mechanism: the clamping mechanism such as bolts and nuts is made of high-strength lightweight hard alloy steel to ensure construction safety, easy to disassemble and handle, suitable for quick on-site assembly. 7. Power Interface: all power interfaces use HL, COMIX® quick-disconnect methods, using imported HL aviation connectors with self-locking devices for safety, quick, and simple connection. The secondary power cable uses flame-retardant integrated 5-core COMIX® safety cable, integrating power supply and all signal cables into one cable, ensuring insulation, waterproofing, and anti-interference. Each set is equipped with one main power cable and two output secondary cable assemblies. 8. Water Supply Interface: all waterway interfaces use quick-disconnect copper interfaces that do not rust, are safe, quick, and simple. 9. Hoisting Device: the heating plate is equipped with a hoisting device or special mechanism for easy handling, with a simple, reliable, safe, and high-strength structure.
