Design Specifications for Gas Source Cylinder Room
• Utilizes a semi-automatic switching system to ensure continuous gas supply. Guarantees the continuity of experiments.
• Multi-bottle gas supply ensures sufficient gas usage.
Bottles are arranged in a centralized location for easy refilling operations.
• No bottles in the lab, saving space and eliminating a hazard.
• Equipped with a safety valve to ensure safe operation.
• Nitrogen blow-off feature and venting function ensure purity of the gas used.
• Features low-pressure alarm, alerting users to replace the cylinder when the pressure drops below the operating level.
• The flammable gas design includes a PLC control system, which can link the flammable gas alarm with emergency shutdown and fan operation to ensure safe gas use.
• Different gases use different materials to ensure purity.
• Different connection methods (VCR, sleeve, welding) are used based on the type of gas.
• The high-pressure section is controlled by high-pressure valves 1 to ensure gas safety.
Monitoring System Design Description
• Gas concentration leak detectors and emergency shut-offs are installed in the cylinder room. In case of harmful gas leaks, the concentration detection alarm will trigger an audible and visual alert, and simultaneously signal the exhaust valve to activate the fan for air exchange, ensuring safe gas supply.
• The gas alarm uses a 4~20mA signal and is explosion-proof level EX-1ICT6, enhancing the safety grade.
• All signal lines are made with 4-core shielded cables to prevent signal interference.
• PLC internal signal input terminals are pre-provided, ensuring expandability and the ability to display concentration/pressure values in real-time.
• The box is equipped with a touch screen that displays images simultaneously with the host computer. The operating system is Windows XP, making it user-friendly.

Functional Column/Pipe Shaft Description
• All pipeline connections are made with digital welding technology, ensuring safety in use. Unused gases in this layer are equipped with预留 outlets in the pipeline shaft for future expansion of gas routes.
Flammable gases are equipped with fire arresters in the pipeline wells, enhancing safety coefficients.H2、C₂H₂、CH₄Valves for pneumatic control, ready for design, and PLC integration. Each gas line is equipped with a floor master control valve.
Select different pipe sizes based on varying gas consumption.
• Gas pipeline supports should be spaced no more than 1.5 meters apart. Determine the support distance based on the smallest diameter gas pipeline.
Design Instructions for Instrument Room Pipe Valves
Each laboratory must have individual valve controls.
For instruments requiring individual pressure adjustment, a separate valve must be installed at the gas outlet point on the workbench to control it.
All gas export points are equipped with stainless steel valves and connected to pressure and flow regulators.
• The H2 uses a VCR-style connector, while other gases are connected using a sleeve style.
• Rooms with combustible gases are equipped with gas detectors linked to a PLC.
• Gas enters the main pipeline in the room, and a gas purification system is installed to enhance the purity of the gas.
