Service Scope:
1. Complete pipeline engineering for laboratory centralized gas supply systems, including design, selection, product supply, maintenance, and technical support for the installation and debugging of the entire system.
2. Installation of ultra-pure gas conveying systems, specialty gas cabinets (GC, GR), distribution boxes (VMB, VMP), and secondary piping construction services.
3. Gas Pressure Monitoring and Alarm System, installation and commissioning of gas concentration monitoring and alarm control systems.
4. Installation of laboratory pure water piping supply systems, design and installation of laboratory wastewater treatment systems.
5. Pipe valves: Automatic regulating and controlling equipment for various gas supply systems, gas regulators, valves of various grades of stainless steel pipes (EP grade, BA grade) including diaphragm valves, ball valves, needle valves, safety valves, check valves, flame arresters, sleeve unions, precision filters, and various pressure gauges.
Design Specifications for Gas Source Cylinder Room
• Utilizes a semi-automatic switching system to ensure continuous gas supply. Guarantees the continuity of the experiment.
• Multi-bottle gas supply ensures adequate gas usage.
Bottles are arranged in a centralized location for easy refilling and other operations.
• No bottles in the lab, saving space and eliminating a hazard source.
• Equipped with a safety valve for ensured safety of use.
• Equipped with nitrogen purge and venting functions to ensure gas purity.
• Features low-pressure alarm, alerting users to replace the cylinder when it falls below the operating pressure.
• The design of the combustible gas system includes a PLC control system, enabling联动 between the combustible gas alarm, emergency shutdown, and fans. Ensures safe gas usage.
• Different gases are used with different materials to ensure purity.
• Different connection methods (VCR, sleeve, welding) are used according to the type of gas.
• The high-pressure section is controlled by high-pressure valve 1 to ensure gas safety.
Monitoring System Design Description
• The gas cylinder room is equipped with gas concentration leakage alarms and emergency shut-offs. In the event of harmful gas leakage, the concentration detection alarm will trigger both audio and visual alerts and send signals to the exhaust valve, activating the fan to exchange air, ensuring safe gas supply.
• The gas alarm uses a 4~20mA signal and is explosion-proof to EX-1ICT6 level. Enhanced safety rating.
All signal lines are equipped with 4-core shielded cables to prevent signal interference.
• PLC internal signal input terminals are pre-assigned, providing expandability and real-time display of concentration/pressure values.
• The box is equipped with a touch screen that displays the image simultaneously with the host computer. The operating system is Windows XP, making it easy to operate.

Function Column/Pipe Shaft Description
• All pipeline connections are made using digital welding technology, ensuring safe operation.预留 openings are installed in the pipeline shaft for gases not currently in use in this layer, facilitating future additions to the gas routes.
Flammable gases are equipped with fire dampers in the pipeline shaft, enhancing safety.H2、C₂H₂、CH₄Valves for pneumatic control are designed to interface with PLCs. Each gas line is equipped with a floor main control valve.
Select pipelines of different sizes based on varying gas consumption.
• The spacing of gas pipeline supports shall not exceed 1.5 meters. The supporting distance is determined based on the smallest internal diameter of the gas pipeline.
Design Specifications for Instrument Room Pipe Valves
Each lab must have individual valve control.
For instruments requiring separate pressure adjustment, a dedicated valve must be installed at the gas outlet point on the workbench to control it.
All gas outlet points are equipped with stainless steel valves and connected to pressure and flow regulators.
• The H2 uses a VCR-style connector, while other gases are connected using a sleeve type.
• Rooms with combustible gases are equipped with combustible gas detectors linked to a PLC.
• Gas enters the main pipeline of the room, installation of a gas purification system can enhance the purity of the gas.
