The GZDW**AH/220V-BG wall-mounted DC power system is specifically designed by our company for low-capacity DC power systems, suitable for small-scale switch stations, small user sub-stations, and small sub-stations, as well as high-rise building high-voltage distribution systems. It features an integrated design approach, consisting of the TH220D03ZZ-3 module, THJK006G-3S monitoring silicon chain, small bracket, and wall-mounted power box. The wall-mounted power system integrates AC/DC modules, monitoring, silicon chain, and AC/DC distribution, allowing for a complete DC operation power system to be set up with just an external battery pack.

The GZDW**AH/220V-BG Wall-Mounted Power Supply DC System boasts features such as compact size, simple and aesthetically pleasing structure, easy installation, and flexible system configuration. It is suitable for systems below 220V/38AH and 110V/65AH. Modular design, N+1 hot backup, allows for smooth expansion to accommodate various capacity systems. Modules can be plug-and-play, ensuring safe and convenient replacement. The monitoring function is comprehensive and highly intelligent, utilizing a large LCD screen with Chinese characters and audio-visual alarms. It offers local and remote monitoring for all components of the system: AC distribution, rectification module, and DC supply. Key monitored parameters include: module power on/off, charging mode, output voltage adjustment, output current limiting, PT supply current limiting, battery circuit breaker trip alarm, and automatic battery charging management. The monitoring system is equipped with standard RS-485 and RS-232 interfaces, facilitating connection to automated systems and achieving "four remote" and unattended operation. It also provides CDT and MODBUS communication protocols for user selection. For automatic management and maintenance of battery storage, it features real-time monitoring of battery group voltage, charging/discharging current, and automatic control of equalization and floating charging, as well as regular maintenance equalization charging. The intelligent system has battery temperature compensation and realizes bus insulation online monitoring. The system includes an automatic voltage reduction silicon chain section, with the voltage reduction unit featuring automatic control functionality and the ability to set the silicon chain output voltage. The AC distribution unit includes one single-phase AC input with an optional PT backup supply; when PT供电 is active, the system automatically limits output power. The DC distribution unit provides two bus outputs, three control bus outputs, and offers one battery circuit breaker.

Chapter 2: Wall-Mounted Power Box

2.1 Features

 Suitable for systems consisting of 38AH/220V or below, or 65AH/110V or below.

Up to 3 TH220D03ZZ-3 natural cooling digital intelligent modules can be installed (or TH110D05ZZ-3).

The voltage reduction unit features an automatic silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) voltage reduction function, controlled by an intelligent CPU. It has a maximum working current of 2.0A, a surge current of 30A for 0.5 seconds, and allows setting the SCR output voltage. (For the 110V system, the maximum working current is 3.0A.)

Monitor features an LCD display, Chinese menu, button operation, enabling system parameter setting, system working parameter display, system fault indication, and system parameter calibration.

Monitor features automatic battery management.

Monitor can be connected to the battery inspection unit (DCXJ-19) to complete voltage detection for 18 batteries.

Monitor battery voltage, control bus voltage, control bus current, battery charging/discharging current, and module status.

Provide RS232/RS485 communication interfaces with CDT and MODBUS protocols for connection to power station automation systems.

 Provide a single-phase AC input and a PT100V input.

· When powered by PT, the system automatically limits the output power with an output current limit of 2.0A. For the 110V system, the output current limit is 3.0A.

 Equipped with busbar insulation monitoring function. Busbar grounding fault alarm.

• Equipped with a battery circuit breaker trip alarm function.

Monitor fault bypass switch. (Close the bypass switch before removing the monitor to ensure the control power is not interrupted.)

In-line exit, bottom entry. (Exit hole diameter 4 * Φ30)

Modular components are hot-swappable.
