"SNEC PV Conference & (Shanghai) Exhibition has grown from its first edition in 2007 with 15,000+ square meters to over 360,000 square meters by 2025. More than 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions participated, with 30% being international exhibitors, making it a highly influential international, professional, and large-scale PV event in China, Asia, and globally.

Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies wishing to participate in the exhibition should complete the application form, affix the company seal, and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors based on the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Details of Participation Fee Payment:
The aforementioned participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," and "facility rental fee," etc.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and please fax the payment receipt to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining participation fees to the designated account of the Organizing Committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placements in the publication are arranged based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
