Exhibition Regulations
1. The company confirms its participation, completes the application form with the official seal, and then faxes or mails it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors according to the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Exhibitor Fee Payment Details:
(1) The above participation fees do not include expenses such as "construction deposit," "construction management fee," and "facility rental fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and to fax the remittance receipt to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees to the designated account of the organizing committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication will be based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion by March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Manual" to participating companies in April 2026.
