The 18th (2025) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "SNEC Solar Conference and Exhibition") co-hosted by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), China Renewable Energy Society (CRES), China Circular Economy Association Renewable Energy专业委员会 (CREIA), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), and Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA), will be grandly held in Shanghai, China from June 3rd to 5th, 2026.
The SNEC Photovoltaic Conference & (Shanghai) Exhibition has grown from the first edition's 15,000 square meters in 2007 to over 360,000 square meters by 2025. With more than 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions participating, international exhibitors account for 30%, making it a globally influential, professional, and large-scale photovoltaic event in China, Asia, and worldwide.

Exhibition Regulations
1. The company confirms its participation by completing the application form, affixing the company seal, and either faxing or mailing it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to participants according to the principle of "first applied, first paid, first arranged."
3.参展费用Payment Details:
(1) The above participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," "facility rental fee," and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are requested to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the payment receipt for verification.
(3) Please remit the remaining participation fees to the designated account of the Organizing Committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
