The "18th (2025) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition" (hereinafter referred to as the "SNEC PV Conference and (Shanghai) Exhibition"), co-hosted by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), China Renewable Energy Society (CRES), China Circular Economy Association Renewable Energy Committee (CREIA), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), and Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA), will be grandly held in Shanghai, China from June 3rd to 5th, 2026.
"SNEC Photovoltaic Conference and (Shanghai) Exhibition has grown from its first edition in 2007, with an initial 15,000 square meters, to over 360,000 square meters by 2025. More than 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions participated, with international exhibitors accounting for 30%. It has become a highly influential international, professional, and large-scale photovoltaic event in China, Asia, and globally.
The SNEC Photovoltaic Exhibition is a global professional PV show, featuring exhibits such as PV production equipment, materials, solar cells, PV application products and components, as well as PV engineering and systems, energy storage, mobile energy, and more, covering all aspects of the PV industry chain.

Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies that decide to participate should fill out the application form, affix the company seal, and fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receipt of the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors in accordance with the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Details of Participation Fee Payment:
(1) The above participation fees do not include "construction deposit", "construction management fee", "facility rental fee", and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to remit the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and please fax the remittance receipt to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please remit the remaining participation fees into the designated account of the Organizing Committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placements in the publication will be arranged based on the order of receiving advertisement fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
