The 18th (2025) SNEC International Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "SNEC PV Conference & Exhibition (Shanghai)") will be grandly held in Shanghai, China from June 3rd to 5th, 2026, co-organized by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), China Renewable Energy Society (CRES), China Circular Economy Association Renewable Energy专业委员会 (CREIA), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), and Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA).
"SNEC Photovoltaic Conference and Exhibition (Shanghai)" has grown from its first edition in 2007 with a mere 15,000 square meters to over 360,000 square meters in 2025. With over 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions participating, the international exhibitor ratio accounts for 30%, making it a highly influential international, professional, and large-scale photovoltaic event in China, Asia, and globally.
The SNEC PV Expo is a global professional PV exhibition, showcasing products such as PV manufacturing equipment, materials, PV cells, PV application products and components, as well as PV engineering and systems, energy storage, mobile energy, and more, covering all aspects of the PV industry chain.

Exhibition Participation Guidelines:
1. The company confirms its participation, completes the application form, affixes the corporate seal, and then faxes or mails it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors according to the principle of "first applied, first paid, first arranged."
3. Details of Participation Fee Payment:
(1) The above participation fees do not include expenses such as "Construction Deposit," "Construction Management Fee," and "Facility Rental Fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing, and please fax the payment receipt to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees to the designated account of the organizing committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
