"SNEC PV Conference & (Shanghai) Expo has grown from its 1st edition in 2007 with a mere 15,000 square meters to over 360,000 square meters by 2025. With over 3,000 companies from 95 countries and regions participating, international exhibitors account for 30% of the total, making it a highly influential international, professional, and large-scale PV event in China, Asia, and globally.

Exhibition Participation Guidelines:
1. The company confirms participation by completing the application form, affixing the company seal, and then faxing or mailing it to the organizing committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to participants in accordance with the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Details of participation fee payment:
(1) The above participation fees do not include "construction deposit," "construction management fee," "facility rental fee," and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are required to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the remittance receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition fees to the designated account of the organizing committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receiving advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
The organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
