The 18th (2025) SNEC International Solar Photovoltaic and Smart Energy (Shanghai) Conference and Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "SNEC PV Conference and Exhibition") will be grandly held in Shanghai, China from June 3rd to 5th, 2026, jointly hosted by 25 international institutions and organizations including the Asia Photovoltaic Industry Association (APVIA), China Renewable Energy Society (CRES), China Circular Economy Association Renewable Energy Committee (CREIA), Shanghai Federation of Economic Organizations (SFEO), Shanghai Science and Technology Exchange Center (SSTEC), and Shanghai New Energy Industry Association (SNEIA).

Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies confirming participation should complete the exhibition application form, affix the company seal, and then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to participants according to the principle of "first applied, first paid, first arranged."
3. Details of Participation Fee Payment:
The above participation fees do not include "construction deposit", "construction management fee", "facility rental fee", and other charges.
(2) Exhibitors who have signed the contract are requested to remit the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the payment receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please remit the remaining exhibition fees to the designated account of the Organizing Committee by December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
