Exhibition Regulations
1. Companies confirming participation should fill out the application form, affix the company seal, and then fax or mail it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to exhibitors according to the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3.参展费用Payment Details:
The aforementioned participation fees do not include costs such as "Construction Deposit," "Construction Management Fee," and "Facility Rental Fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed contracts are requested to wire the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and to fax the remittance receipt to the Organizing Committee for verification.
(3) Please transfer the remaining participation fees to the designated account of the Organizing Committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Ad placement in the magazine is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
