Exhibition Participation Guidelines:
1. The company confirms participation by completing the application form, affixing the corporate seal, and faxing or mailing it to the Organizing Committee of the conference.
2. Upon receiving the booth reservation fee, the organizing committee will allocate booths to participants according to the principle of "first application, first payment, first arrangement."
3. Participation Fee Payment Details:
(1) The above participation fees do not include costs such as "construction deposit," "construction management fee," and "facility rental fee."
(2) Exhibitors who have signed contracts are required to remit the deposit to the Organizing Committee's account within ten working days from the date of contract signing and fax the payment receipt for verification purposes.
(3) Please transfer the remaining exhibition expenses into the designated account of the Organizing Committee before December 31, 2025.
4. Advertisement placement in the publication is based on the order of receipt of advertising fees, with the deadline for inclusion being March 31, 2026.
5. The organizing committee will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to participating companies in April 2026.
