
The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new specialized cleaning equipment designed for removing coatings from returned workpieces and fixtures on painting lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as in the motorcycle, bicycle, automotive, steel furniture, communication, and power transmission industries. It boasts comprehensive performance that meets standard levels. This equipment not only has excellent environmental protection features but also offers significant economic benefits. After being inspected by environmental protection authorities, its emissions of SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is only 1/8 of that of paint strippers.
I. Product Application
Remove continuously thickening coatings from spray fixtures and jigs without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of non-compliant paint or powder coatings from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil污, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.
II. Specifications and Data
Cabin: Heavy-duty steel plate and structural steel construction with square and channel steel supports. Fully welded structure with sealed contact to prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, reinforced with steel structural channels. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking mechanism and high-strength sealing strips. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability with ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: The unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excess pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting flammable materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with (10-15cm) 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket insulation, secured with stainless steel pins and stainless steel mesh plates with locking washers, asbestos-free. Metal sleeves prevent mechanical injury to operators from the thermal protection panels. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300F (1275°C).
Exhaust:natural gas(Gas pressure requirement: 5-8 KPa), or light diesel.

Water Supply: Minimum pressure 40psi, maximum pressure 100psi. Minimum flow rate 5 gpm (15 liters per minute).
Normal Cycle: 3-5 hours (including cooling time) with automatic control.
Normal Circulating Temperature: 750-800°F (400-430°C)

Gas Burner: Designed specifically for incinerators. Features include an advanced clog-free nozzle design, easy maintenance, and heavy-duty construction. The automatic cooling system of the burner equipment suppresses nozzle damage.
