The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new specialized equipment for cleaning paint return products and fixtures on painting lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as in the motorcycle, bicycle, automotive, steel furniture, communication, and power transmission industries. It achieves standard performance levels. The equipment boasts excellent environmental protection features and high economic benefits. After inspection by the environmental protection department, the emissions of pollutants like SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is only 1/8 of that of paint strippers.
I. Product Applications
Remove continuously thickening coatings from spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of non-conforming paint or powder coatings from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil stains, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.

Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square steel and channel steel. Full-welded construction with sealed contacts to prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Ground: Hard refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, with steel I-beams for reinforcement. Easy to remove ash.
Doors: Equipped with snap-locking components and high-strength sealing strips. The door can be opened over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability with ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: The unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excess pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting flammable materials.
Next to Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket (10-15cm) for insulation, secured with stainless steel pins and mesh plates with stainless steel gaskets, asbestos-free. Metal sleeves prevent mechanical injury to operators from the heat-insulating panels. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300°F (1275°C).
