
The Hot Clean Furnace is a new specialized cleaning equipment designed for removing coatings from returned parts and fixtures on painting lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as in the motorcycle, bicycle, automotive, steel furniture, communication, and power transmission industries. It boasts comprehensive performance that meets standard levels. The equipment not only has excellent environmental protection features but also offers significant economic benefits. After being tested by the environmental protection department, the emissions of SO2, NO, and other waste gases are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is only 1/8 of the paint remover.
I. Product Application
Remove the continuously thickening coating from the spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of不合格paint or powder coating from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter screen and fan impeller of the water curtain paint cabinet.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove grease, oil, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.
Section 2: Specifications and Data
Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel structural frame, supported by square and channel steel. Full-welded construction and sealed contact prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, reinforced with steel I-beams. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking component and high-strength sealing strip. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability, as well as ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: Unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excess pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting flammable materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with (10-15cm) 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket insulation. Secured with stainless steel pins, stainless steel mesh plates, and lock washers without asbestos. Metal bushes prevent mechanical injury to the operator from the insulating panels. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300F (1275°C).

Water Supply: Minimum pressure 40 psi, maximum pressure 100 psi. Minimum flow rate 5 gpm (15 liters/minute).
Normal cycle: 3-5 hours (including cooling time) with automatic control.
Normal Circulating Temperature: 750-800°F (400-430°C)

Gas Burner: Designed specifically for incinerators. Features include an excellent clog-free nozzle design, easy maintenance, and heavy-duty construction. The burner's automatic cooling system prevents nozzle damage.
