The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new specialized equipment designed for cleaning paint return products and fixtures on coating lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as in the motorcycle, bicycle, automobile, steel furniture, communication, and power transmission industries. Its comprehensive performance meets standard levels. The equipment not only boasts excellent environmental protection features but also offers significant economic benefits. After inspection by the environmental protection department, the emissions of SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is just 1/8 of the paint stripping agent.
I. Product Application
1. Remove the continuously thickening coating from the spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of不合格paint or powder coatings from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic substances from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove oils, grease, and other organic substances from components such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, and piston rings.
Part II: Specifications and Data
Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square and channel steel. Full welded construction and sealed contact prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, thickness of 4"-5" (10-13cm), reinforced with steel structural channels. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking mechanism and high-strength sealing strips. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability with ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: The unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excessive pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting flammable materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with (10-15cm) 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket insulation, secured with stainless steel pins, stainless steel mesh panels, and locking washers, free of asbestos. Metal sleeves prevent mechanical injury to operators from the thermal protection panels. Clean the furnace insulation rating up to 2300F (1275°C).
