The Hot Cleaning Furnace is a new type of specialized equipment designed for cleaning coatings from returned workpieces and fixtures on paint lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric fans, computers, and home appliances, as well as motorcycles, bicycles, cars, steel furniture, telecommunications, and power transmission and transformation. It achieves standard performance levels. The equipment not only boasts excellent environmental protection features but also offers significant economic benefits. After testing by environmental protection authorities, emissions of pollutants like SO2 and NO are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is only 1/8 of paint strippers.
I. Product Application
Remove continuously thickening coatings from spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough removal of不合格paint or powder coating on metal parts' surfaces, with no damage to the workpieces.
3. Clean the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain paint cabinet of adhered paint layers.
4. Clean and remove winding and adhered organic matter from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove oils, grease, and other organic substances from parts such as the engine, crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.

Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square and channel steel. Full-welded construction with sealed contact to prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, reinforced with steel I-beams. Easy to clean off ash.
Door: Equipped with snap-locking components and high-strength sealing strips. The door can be opened over 180 degrees, ensuring safety, reliability, convenience, and durability.
Explosion-proof: Unique gravity-sealed top automatically vents excess pressure, then closes to prevent air from contacting combustible materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket (10-15cm thick), secured with stainless steel pins and stainless steel mesh inserts without asbestos. Metal bushes prevent mechanical injury to operators from the insulating panels. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300°F (1275°C).
