The Hot Clean Furnace is a new type of specialized cleaning equipment for removing coatings from returned workpieces and fixtures on paint lines, widely used in industries such as air conditioners, refrigerators, microwaves, electric fans, computers, and household appliances, as well as in the motorcycle, bicycle, automobile, steel furniture, communication, and transmission industries. It meets standard performance levels. The equipment not only boasts excellent environmental protection capabilities but also offers significant economic benefits. After being inspected by environmental protection authorities, the emissions of SO2, NO, and other pollutants are only 1/10 of the national standard, and its operating cost is merely 1/8 of that of paint strippers.
I. Product Application
Remove the continuously thickening coating from the spray fixtures and clamps without altering the mechanical properties of the fixtures.
2. Complete and thorough stripping of不合格paint or powder coating from the surface of metal components, with no damage to the workpiece.
3. Clean the paint layer adhered to the filter mesh and fan impeller of the water curtain cabinet.
4. Clean and remove insulation, adhered organic matter, and winding from wires, cables, transformers, motors, and printing rollers.
5. Clean and remove oils, grease, and other organic substances from engine parts such as the crankshaft, housing, piston rings, etc.

Cabinet: Heavy-duty steel plate steel structure, supported by square and channel steel. Full welded construction and sealed contact prevent fuel loss due to leakage.
Floor: Rigid refractory castable, 4"-5" (10-13cm) thick, reinforced with steel structural channels. Easy to remove ash.
Door: Equipped with a snap-locking mechanism and high-strength sealing strips. The door can open over 180 degrees, ensuring safety and reliability with ease of use and durability.
Explosion-proof: A unique gravity-sealed top automatically releases excessive pressure, then closes, preventing air from contacting flammable materials.
Adjacent Insulation: The furnace wall, roof, and door are covered with (10-15cm) 2-3 layers of lightweight ceramic fiber blanket insulation, secured with stainless steel pins and stainless steel mesh plate gaskets, free of asbestos. Metal sleeves prevent mechanical injury to operators from the heat-insulating panels. Cleanable furnace insulation rating up to 2300F (1275°C).
