I. Introduction:
The composite salt spray test chamber, also known as the circulating salt spray corrosion test chamber or salt dry-wet corrosion test chamber, simulates natural conditions close to gaps in accelerated corrosion tests. It replicates situations commonly encountered in the natural environment and tests under conditions several times harsher than natural ones, including salt spray, drying, humidity, ambient static storage, and sprinkling. Tests can be conducted in any sequence or individually.
Part Two: Usage:
The primary test items are for products used under harsh environmental changes, such as automotive and motorcycle parts, aviation equipment, photographic equipment, building materials, photovoltaic components, outdoor LED lighting, electro-phosphate electro-deposition coating paints, and other metal electro-chemical corrosion resistance applications.
III. Features:
1. Entirely made of PP (polypropylene) board material; options include CPVC, 316 stainless steel, and pure titanium.
2. Laboratory bottom heating ensures uniform room temperature.
3. The nozzle utilizes Bernoulli's principle to absorb saltwater and atomize, causing the mist to disperse and naturally fall onto the test piece.
4. The saturated drum air follows Henry's Law.
5. Capable of performing cyclic corrosion tests such as salt spray, dry, moist, static, condensation, and spray淋.
6. Equipped with automatic water addition and fault alert features.
7. High-temperature resistance, strong anti-aging properties, and good visual texture.
