Structural Features:

The 2CY gear pump is primarily composed of components such as gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. Both gears and shafts undergo rigorous heat treatment, offering high hardness and wear resistance, and are mounted inside the sleeve along with the shaft. All rotating parts inside the pump are lubricated by the medium they transport.

The four bearing sleeves in the 2CY gear oil pump float inside the pump body, automatically adjusting the face spacing with the working pressure, thus ensuring stable pump pressure, minimal pulsation in output flow, and high volumetric efficiency.
