Our magnetic high viscosity pumps feature an internal gear rotor pump design and are equipped with magnetic couplings. The pump utilizes a magnetic drive system to achieve contactless torque transmission, replacing dynamic seals with static ones, ensuring a completely leak-free positive displacement gear pump.
It is applicable to oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, smelting, electroplating, environmental protection, food, and beverage industries.National DefenseIdeal equipment for transporting flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, rare and precious liquids, as well as various corrosive liquids.
● Advantages of High Viscosity Pumps:
Flow Stability: Flow is proportional to gear speed, independent of pressure.
Flow Smooth: No pulsations or pressure wave peaks, no pipeline vibration.
Versatility: By simply adjusting the position of the rotor shaft, the same pump can dispense not only dilute solutions but also asphalt, syrups, resins, polymers, and other high-viscosity liquids.
Reversibility: The fluid flow can be reversed by changing the gear rotation direction, allowing the pump to fully utilize its performance in both directions.
Self-priming: High vacuum is generated by the pump, allowing for rapid self-priming at high self-priming heights, depending on the physical properties of the fluid being pumped (temperature, vapor pressure, viscosity, etc.).
Suggested: Only two moving parts: the drive wheel and the driven wheel, with only one shaft seal.
Robust heavy-duty structure: Low speed. The oversized ball bearing outer race can withstand axial and radial loads.
Low wear rate: As the driven wheel and the driven gear are not in a multiple relationship. This means the wear can be evenly distributed across each gear. Since each gear on one gear contacts each gear on the other with the same frequency.
Wear Adjustment System: The wear on the rotor edge can be compensated by adjusting the position of the rotor shaft. This ensures the pump's stability even with considerable wear.
Simple maintenance, low maintenance rate: Inspection and adjustment can be performed without moving the pump, pipes, or pump drive unit.
Interactivity: The standard component design allows for replacement between different materials and parts with varying characteristics. For example: A variety of shaft seal systems are available, and jacketed housings and shaft covers can be installed to replace standard components.
Port position is adjustable: the pump housing can rotate on the bearing housing to suction and discharge liquids from different locations.
Preheat: Jacket heating is either integrated with the housing, mounted on the end cover, or installed on the packing gland cover.
Bypass Safety Valve: The bypass safety valve is installed on the pump and is easy to adjust. Some models of pumps feature dual safety valves with a heating jacket.
