1.1 This tri-screw pump is a volumetric pump with excellent suction capacity, suitable for conveying various non-solid-containing, non-corrosive oils and similar lubricating liquids. (Prohibited from conveying water or other non-lubricating media.)

1.2 With years of practical experience, screw pumps are manufactured using selected materials. The production quality reaches a high level, ensuring normal operation and long service life of the pump as long as it is installed properly and used correctly. 2. Structure:

2.1 The internal structure of the triple-screw pump primarily consists of one driving screw (abbreviated as the main shaft), two driven screws (abbreviated as the driven shafts), and sleeves that enclose the three screws. The three screws are placed within a sleeve with three parallel holes. The main shaft is supported by bearings, with its axial force balanced hydraulically. The bearings only bear the weight of the screws and a minimal residual axial force, while the driven shafts are inserted into a balancing sleeve (which serves both as a balancing device for the axial force and as a bearing).

2.2 Medium flow and above pumps have bushes as a separate part fixed within the pump body, typically with a vertical structure. The pump body can be modified to create a horizontal design.

2.3 The 3G type tri-screw pump shaft extension bearing is smaller, and should be directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupling, not by belt pulleys or other transmission methods that generate significant additional radial forces.

2.4 To prevent sudden increase in pipeline resistance due to any reason, which may cause the pump pressure to exceed the allowable value and damage the pump, prime mover, or pipeline system, the pump must be equipped with a safety valve or other protective device to limit the pump's maximum pressure.
