Traditional fixed-style anterooms cannot complete the transportation process of moving heavy workpieces in and out, especially when cranes are required, but the mobile anteroom can overcome this drawback. Before the workpieces are painted, the mobile anteroom is first retracted by pressing the control button, clearing the painting area. Once the workpieces are placed in position by the crane, the control button is pressed to open the anteroom to "cover" the workpieces, without the need to move the workpieces again, thus completely not affecting the crane's operation. The mobile anteroom is composed of multiple sets of frames that can move parallelly and fire-retardant curtain sections connected to the frames. The sliding connection mechanism between the frames ensures that the frames remain vertically parallel as they move forward and backward along the overhead track, driven by the installation, while also expanding and retracting the curtain sections.

The telescopic and mobile antechamber is driven by both sides in a linked manner. It operates with front and rear safety limit controls, allowing for smooth and free telescoping movement along the ground-mounted track. The mechanical operation is safe and stable.

Compact it together, the space can also be used for other production, maximizing multi-use in limited areas. Mist and dust units are available in wet, dry, or a combination of both.

The mobile paint spray room antechamber is constructed of a steel frame structure, which can be extended and retracted. Under the drive of the installed sliding joint mechanism, the frames move along the track at a uniform speed in parallel to the closing state. Then, the workpiece is moved into the work area, and the extensible and retractable antechamber is opened to stop painting or sanding work. After the work is completed, the extensible and retractable antechamber is closed, and the workpiece is moved to the work area, completing the entire process.
