Equipment Principle:
Paint mist and dust are generated during the painting process on the spray painting bench. Most of the paint is deposited on the workpiece, while the rest is carried away with the exhaust, forming paint mist and dust. These particles have low concentrations and small sizes, with most being under 10μm. The paint mist outside the cabinet is drawn into the mist purification unit by the fan, where a gas-liquid separator performs gas-water separation. After separation, the gas moves through the cabinet, encountering multi-level filter plates. The mist comes into complete saturation contact with the filter plates, and the granular dust is absorbed. The remaining clean exhaust is then filtered through a mesh filter and enters the activated carbon purification unit. The activated carbon purification unit utilizes the strong adsorption capacity of activated carbon for organic gases to purify the air. It is composed of an intake section, activated carbon filtration section, and exhaust section. Organic exhaust gases enter the cabinet through the intake, and the purified exhaust gases that meet the standards are exhausted into the atmosphere under the suction force of the fan.
First Stage Filtration: The V-shaped paper dry filter (fire-resistant type) removes paint mist and moisture from the air brought by the water curtain. Features of the V-shaped filter paper: The paint filter paper uses imported Swiss kraft paper, with a pleated structure, effectively absorbing excessive spray, forcing the airflow to change direction multiple times, causing paint mist particles in the air to adhere to the filter paper and not be carried away by the airflow. The fire-resistant V-shaped paper filter uses fire-resistant paper filter material, has strong paint adsorption capacity, excellent continuous airflow stability, and smooth airflow, ensuring better spray conditions and better surface quality control, resulting in higher spray quality. Low operating costs, longer service life, easy operation, convenient installation, and environmentally friendly recyclable.
The second and third activated carbon stages: The gas is powered by a fan and enters the chamber under positive or negative pressure. Due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecules on the solid surface of the activated carbon, when this surface comes into contact with the gas, it can attract gas molecules, causing them to concentrate and remain on the solid surface. This吸附 pollutants, and after passing through a filter, the exhaust gas enters the dust removal system of the equipment, resulting in the purified gas being emitted at a high altitude that meets standards.
