TYA Series Hydraulic Oil Filter Machine
One、Usage:
The TYA series hydraulic oil filter is primarily used in various industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, cement, oil, rail, machinery, chemicals, textiles, and instruments. It processes various conventional hydraulic oils and anti-wear hydraulic oils. Given the differing technical requirements and standards for equipment oils, each type of equipment is correspondingly configured. It plays a significant role in purifying and regenerating various industrial hydraulic oils, extending the maintenance cycle and service life of equipment, and reducing production costs. This equipment effectively removes contaminants from oils such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsification. It enables the oil to quickly restore the required performance, approaching or meeting the relevant standards.

1. Strong impurity removal capability; large area, deep-layer precision filter materials can remove fine particles from oil, and a strong magnetic filter is also equipped to remove ferrous impurities.

11. Equipped with phase sequence and phase loss protection, as well as a sudden shutdown safety mechanism.

Section 4: Workflow
During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first sends the contaminated oil into the preliminary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil is then heated by an electric heater, reducing its viscosity through temperature increase. Next, through a series of actions like spraying, flash evaporation, and atomization, the water content in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state. After passing through the gas pipeline, it condenses back into liquid droplets and is排出. The oil at this stage is pumped through the oil pipeline and filtered by a secondary filter and a precision filter. The resulting oil is free of impurities and water, meeting the standards for recycled oil use and enabling reuse to save on oil costs. For deep purification and filtration, the oil can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid value, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit can be configured as needed.)
