I. Features and Characteristics
The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency decolorizing and regenerating oil purifier is a new generation of oil purifier products. In addition to all the functions of the vacuum series oil purifiers, it also includes decolorization and regeneration features. The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency decolorizing and regenerating oil filter is composed of an oil-water separation system, specific gravity separation system, emulsion separation system, decolorizing and regenerating system, and air-cooled condensation system. It ensures that the quality and performance of the oil are maintained without being damaged during the filtration and purification process.
Features Introduction
The equipment is equipped with two advanced magnetic level automatic complementary control systems, which completely solves the common issues of oil pump no-load and oil leakage in filter oil machines. Additionally, it features an advanced pressure automatic controller that can automatically shut down the equipment when overpressure occurs, preventing situations like machine闷堵.

The equipment is equipped with a safety operation vacuum interlock device, which can automatically shut down in the event of a malfunction, with the oil inlet and outlet solenoid valves automatically closing to prevent backflow. It also features an automatic electromagnetic induction mechanical dual-protection regulating system, an automatic low-oil-level protection device, automatic oil balance in and out, ensuring safe operation of the oil level within the vacuum system.
3. The unit is equipped with an interlocking device for oil supply and return pumps and heaters, as well as for the vacuum pump and condenser. It features phase loss and phase sequence protection. The oil temperature can be freely adjusted within the specified range. Additionally, it's equipped with both automatic interlocking and manual auxiliary heating systems, depending on the season, climate, and oil volume. The heater will automatically start or stop when the oil temperature exceeds the set value or when the oil volume is insufficient.

The ZYA series multi-functional high-efficiency decolorization and regeneration oil filter machine utilizes reinforced oleophilic and hydrophobic technology to alter the oil-water interface. The tiny water molecules in the oil accelerate, quickly coalesce, settle, and separate, then automatically排出. It then restores the oil color through a reaction kettle.
