TYA Series Vacuum Oil Filter Machine for Lubricants

One、Usage:

The TYA series vacuum oil purifier is mainly used in mining, metallurgy, cement, oil, railway, machinery, chemical industry, textile, instruments, and other industrial sectors. It processes various types of lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, engine oils, industrial gear oils, refrigerating oils, compressor oils, bearing oils, quenching oils, vacuum pump oils, rolling oils, heat treatment oils, diesel, kerosene, and more. Each type of equipment has specific technical requirements and standards for its oils, with corresponding configurations for each variety. It plays a significant role in purifying and reconditioning various industrial lubricating oils, extending the maintenance cycle and lifespan of equipment, and reducing production costs.

TYA series vacuum oil purifiers effectively remove contaminants from oil products such as moisture, gases, and mechanical impurities, enhancing the oil's kinematic viscosity, flash point, and emulsifying properties. This allows the oil to quickly restore to the required performance standards, approaching or reaching the relevant specifications.

Section 4: Workflow

During operation, the vacuum oil purifier first introduces the contaminated oil into the preliminary filter to remove larger mechanical impurities. The oil is then heated in an electric heater, reducing its viscosity through temperature increase. Subsequently, through a series of actions including spraying, flash vaporization, and atomization, the moisture in the oil is converted from a liquid to a vapor state, condensed back into liquid droplets through the gas pipeline, and expelled. At this point, the oil passes through an oil pump and is filtered through a secondary filter and a precision filter via the oil pipeline, resulting in oil free of impurities and moisture. This oil meets the standards for recycled oil use and can be reused, thereby saving oil costs. For deep purification and filtration of the oil, it can be introduced into a regeneration tank to regenerate degraded oil, removing acid values, soaps, and pigments. Refer to Figure 1 for the workflow (the de-acidification unit is configured as needed.)
