The parallel welding machine is a crucial equipment for the post-processing packaging of various components such as connectors and distributors required in semiconductor integrated circuits, crystal oscillators, acoustic surface wave filters, hybrid circuits, power modules, and emerging fiber optic communication. It is particularly prominent in its superior advantages for packaging components with increasingly stringent requirements for gas tightness and other specifications in high-precision and sophisticated technologies.
Parallel Seam Welding is an advanced low-temperature welding technique, designed to replace the melting of pre-placed solder. Its main principle involves utilizing the heating effect of current passing through resistance to generate high heat at the welding points of the components being welded, causing them to rapidly melt and bond, thereby achieving the welding of the housing to the cover.
S FHJ O 200-Q The type parallel seam welding machine (system) first undergoes vacuum heating (temperature controllable) treatment on the parts to be welded, ensuring all volatile substances and residual moisture on the surface of the parts are thoroughly removed; secondly, employs gas (nitrogen) protection technology to isolate the welding environment completely from the surrounding environment (using a gas-tight glove box); thirdly, utilizes high-frequency pulse (adjustable) current welding, allowing for adjustable welding point spacing and thermal dissipation coefficient to ensure the shell temperature does not exceed the permissible limit; fourthly, during the welding process, the lid and shell are always under a certain (adjustable) pressure, overcoming the decrease in welding quality due to lid deformation and ensuring the welding seal meets the required standards.
