Overview of Usage:
Box-type resistance furnace, also known as a muffle furnace, is a periodic operation electric furnace suitable for laboratories in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, etc., for heating during chemical analysis, physical measurements, and general small steel parts heat treatment.
Product Features:
1.The electric furnace shell is made by bending and welding thin steel plates, with an inner lining composed of a rectangular monolithic lining made from silicon carbide refractory material. The heating element, made of iron-nickel-chromium aluminum alloy wire, is wound into a spiral shape and inserted into the wire grooves on the top, bottom, left, and right of the inner lining. The furnace interior is a sealed structure, with the furnace mouth brick and door brick of the electric furnace made from lightweight refractory materials. Insulation is achieved by using refractory fibers and expanded perlite products to build a thermal insulation layer between the inner lining and the furnace shell.
2.The resistance furnace is equipped with a KSW type temperature controller and a nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouple, capable of measuring, indicating, and automatically controlling the furnace chamber temperature.
3.The electric furnace door is securely fastened to the furnace panel with hinges. The door rotates smoothly. To close, turn the handle, latch the door hook, and the door will tightly seal against the furnace opening. To open, simply turn the handle, release the hook, and place the door to the left. The thermocouple for temperature measurement is inserted through the thermocouple hole on the back of the furnace and is secured by a mounting bracket.
4.The shape is processed using cold-rolled sheet metal, with a smooth, bright surface finished by electrostatic powder coating.
5.Digital temperature controller for precise temperature control, easy to operate, and stable temperature regulation.
