Box structure:
♦ The cabinet is precision-machined, featuring an aesthetically pleasing, innovative design with a non-reactive handle for easy operation.
♦ The inner lining of the box is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with powder coating, enhancing the visual texture and cleanliness.
♦ The water tank is located in the lower right section of the control housing, featuring an automatic water shortage protection, making it more convenient for the operator to replenish water.
♦ Large observation window with built-in lighting maintains brightness inside the box and features an embedded tempered glass for clear observation of the internal conditions at all times.
The humidification system piping is separated from the control circuit board, which can prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage in the humidification piping, enhancing safety.
♦ The waterway system pipeline circuit system is designed with a swing-open gate for easy maintenance and inspection.
♦ The case is insulated with ultra-fine glass fiber insulation, which can prevent unnecessary energy loss.
♦ The left side of the housing is equipped with a 50mm test hole, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines.
Programmable Logic Controller:
The controller's operating interface features bilingual (Chinese and English) screens for selection, with real-time operational curves displayed on the screen.
♦ Features 100 programs, each with 100 segments, with each segment set to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
♦ Once the data and test conditions are input, the controller has a locking function to prevent shutdown due to accidental human touch.
♦ Equipped with a WLAN port, capable of programming on a computer, monitoring test processes, and performing automatic on/off functions.
♦ Features automatic calculation to immediately adjust temperature and humidity conditions, ensuring more precise and stable control.
Refrigeration and Air Circulation System:
♦ The refrigeration system employs a unitary or binary low-temperature refrigeration system design.
♦ Utilizes multi-wing fan forced air circulation for powerful airflow, ensuring no dead spots and even temperature distribution within the testing area.
♦ Design with air circulation in and out, wind pressure and speed meet test standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature after door opening.
♦ Heating, cooling, and complete system independence enhance efficiency, reduce testing costs, increase lifespan, and decrease failure rates.
