Box structure:
♦ The housing is precision-machined for成型, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and straightforward design, with a non-recoil handle for easy operation.
♦ The inner lining of the box is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel, while the outer casing is made of A3 steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, enhancing the appearance texture and cleanliness.
♦ Large observation window with built-in lighting maintains brightness inside the box and allows for clear observation of the box's condition at any time due to the heat-embodied tempered glass.
♦ The left side of the housing is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm or 50mm, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines.
Controller:
♦ The controller's operating interface features selectable bilingual (Chinese and English) displays, with real-time operating curves visible on the screen.
♦ Features 100 programs, each with 100 segments, with each segment set to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
♦ After entering the data and test conditions, the controller features a locking function to prevent shutdown due to accidental touch.

Refrigeration and air circulation systems:
♦ The refrigeration system utilizes a unitary or binary low-temperature circuit design.
♦ Utilizes multi-wing fan forced air circulation for effective air distribution, ensuring no dead spots and uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
♦ Design with air flow circulation and return design, wind pressure and velocity meet testing standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature back to normal upon opening the door.
♦ Heating, cooling, and complete system independence enhance efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and lower failure rates.
