Product Introduction:
The Kenfan Technology humidity and temperature calibration box is a specialized equipment for calibrating hair humidity and temperature gauges, wet-bulb hygrometers, digital humidity and temperature indicators, and other humidity and temperature meters. The device achieves precise measurements through high-precision sensors and utilizes industrial programmable controllers for complex adjustment actions, enabling automatic regulation of humidity within the calibration box. The equipment boasts a high level of automatic control, providing a continuous and stable humidity environment, which meets the high-precision requirements of scientific research or metrological calibration.
Box structure:
♦ The housing is precision-machined for a sleek, modern design with a smooth, non-reactive handle for easy operation.
♦ The inner shell is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel, while the outer shell is made of A3 steel plate with electrostatic powder coating, enhancing the appearance's texture and cleanliness.
♦ The water tank is located in the lower right section of the control cabinet, featuring an automatic water shortage protection, for easier water source replenishment by the operator.
♦Large observation window with built-in lighting keeps the interior well-lit, and the use of heat-insulating embedded tempered glass allows for clear observation of the interior at all times.
The humidification system's piping and control circuit board are separated, which can prevent malfunctions caused by leakage in the humidification piping, enhancing safety.
♦ The waterway system pipeline circuit system uses a gate-type opening for easy maintenance and inspection.
♦ Insulation of the box uses ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton to prevent unnecessary energy loss.
♦ The left side of the cabinet is equipped with a 50mm test hole for external connection of test power lines or signal lines.
Programmable Logic Controller
♦ The controller's operating interface features both Chinese and English screens for selection, with real-time operation curves displayed on the screen.
♦ Features 100 programs, each with 100 segments, with each segment set to 99 hours and 59 minutes.
♦ Once data and test conditions are input, the controller features a lock function to prevent shutdown due to accidental human touch.
