Product Introduction:
The Kenfan High and Low Temperature Shock Test Chamber is used to test the endurance of materials or composite materials under extreme high and low temperatures. It allows for the rapid testing of chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. Suitable for materials such as metals, plastics, rubber, and electronics, it can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.
Equipment Features:
♦ The basket is transferred between high and low temperature chambers using pneumatic control, with short transition and temperature recovery times, and fast temperature change. The equipment has a compact overall structure and small size. It employs the two-box method, enhancing the temperature uniformity in the work chamber. However, the specimens remain in a dynamic state, and the work chamber cannot have test holes, thus it is not suitable for testing with power, signals, or gas sources.
♦ New-generation appearance design with significant improvements in case structure, refrigeration system, and control technology. Enhanced technical specifications for greater stability, more reliable operation, and easier maintenance. Equipped with swivel casters for easy movement within laboratories.
♦ Extra-large color programmable touch screen operation, sleeker and more generous appearance, easier to operate, with real-time display of set and actual values.
♦ Vacuum Insulated Double Glass: Large window design, high brightness lighting, heated fog-free.
♦ More interface options for programming and documentation processing, large volume of records: Optional features include WLAN port, USB communication interface, remote monitoring of computers and software, and paperless/paper records in large warehouses.
High Reliability: Major components are sourced from professional manufacturers to ensure enhanced overall machine reliability.
♦ High and low temperature zones can be controlled independently, serving three purposes in one box.
♦ Features cumulative impact time and reset function.
Note:
♦ Standard Conformity: GB11158: Technical Conditions for High-Temperature Test Chambers
GB10592: Technical Conditions for High and Low Temperature Test Chambers
GB10589: Technical Conditions for Low-Temperature Test Chambers
♦ Two-bin system: Features top and bottom, as well as horizontal structures, converted by pneumatic mechanical devices, with short conversion time, compact structure, and small volume.
♦ Three-box design: Temperature conversion is achieved through automatic switching of the air door controlled by the pneumatic system. Mainly used to ensure that the tested samples remain stationary during the experiment to prevent any impact from the machine, with an air pressure not less than 0.4MPa.
