Box structure:
♦ The case is processed into shape using CNC machine tools, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and innovative design with a non-rebound handle for easy operation.
♦ The inner lining of the box is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel, and the outer casing is made of A3 steel plate with spray painting, enhancing the appearance texture and cleanliness.
♦ The water tank is located in the lower right section of the control cabinet, featuring an automatic low-water protection, for easier water refilling by the operator.
♦ Large observation window with built-in lighting ensures the interior is well-lit, and the heat-insulated tempered glass allows for clear observation of the inside condition at any time.
♦ The humidification system piping and control circuit board are separated, which can prevent malfunctions caused by leaking humidification piping and enhance safety.
♦ The waterway system pipeline circuit system uses a gate-type opening for easy maintenance and inspection.
♦ The case insulation is made of ultra-fine glass fiber insulation cotton, which can prevent unnecessary energy loss.
♦ The left side of the housing is equipped with a 50mm test hole for external connection of test power lines or signal lines.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Refrigeration and Airflow Circulation System:

♦ Design with air circuit for exhaust and intake, pressure and velocity meet test standards, and enable quick return to stable temperature upon door opening.
