Box structure:
♦ The cabinet is processed by CNC machine tools, featuring an aesthetically pleasing and generous design, and is equipped with a non-recoil handle for easy operation.
♦ The inner lining of the box is made of SUS304 stainless steel mirror panel, while the outer casing is made of A3 steel plate with powder coating, enhancing the visual texture and cleanliness.
♦ Large observation window with built-in lighting maintains brightness inside the box, and the heat-embedded tempered glass allows for clear observation of the box's condition at any time.
♦ The left side of the cabinet is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 25mm or 50mm, which can be used for external test power lines or signal lines.
Controller:
♦ Once the data and test conditions are input, the controller features a lock function to prevent temperature values from being altered by accidental touch.
♦ Features P.I.D automatic calculation function, allowing immediate adjustment of temperature change conditions for more precise and stable temperature control.
Refrigeration and air circulation system:
♦ The refrigeration system employs a unit or binary low-temperature circuit system design.
♦ Multi-wing fan-assisted strong air circulation ensures no dead corners, resulting in uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
♦ Design with air circulation and return air, wind pressure and velocity meet test standards, and can quickly stabilize the temperature after door opening.
♦ Heating, cooling, and complete system independence enhance efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend lifespan, and decrease failure rates.
