Midstream color-coated steel plate companies are engaging in technical breakthroughs with equipment manufacturers, such as the magnetic levitation roller coating machine jointly developed by Shandong Guanzhou and Germany's Hennig Company, which achieves a coating thickness control accuracy of ±0.5μm, an improvement over traditional equipment. Downstream application companies are participating in standard setting, with Haier Group leading the drafting of the QB/T 5555-2020 industry standard for "Color Coated Steel Plates for Home Appliances," incorporating mandatory requirements for performance, fingerprint resistance, and other indicators.
