Steel Jingtan Company has applied digital twin technology to build a color coated steel production line model, controlling the coating thickness fluctuation within ±1μm from ±3μm through simulation optimization, raising the first-pass product pass rate to 99.2%. Ma Steel Group's quality traceability system assigns a digital code to each roll of color coated steel, allowing real-time queries of production batches, process parameters, and test data, with a traceability accuracy of 0.1 meter per roll.
