Domestic enterprises need to increase R&D investment, break through key technologies (such as continuous annealing furnace control and coating uniformity optimization), and simultaneously obtain technological authorization through cross-licensing, purchases, and other means. Additionally, participating in the formulation of standards (such as ISO, ASTM) can enhance industry influence and drive China's transformation from a "manufacturing powerhouse" to a "technological power."
