Primarily utilizes plasma-sprayed ceramic materials, mainly including aluminum oxide-titanium and chromium oxide series ceramics. These materials feature high hardness, corrosion resistance, and certain toughness, exhibiting excellent and stable wear and friction reduction properties under conditions of insufficient lubrication and heat dissipation. The coating has a dense microstructure, and its surface can be polished to achieve a controllable roughness resembling an "orange peel" texture, offering an appropriate coefficient of friction to provide the spinning fibers with moderate twist and tension. Additionally, the coating possesses semiconductor properties, capable of eliminating static electricity caused by fiber friction.
Application Direction:
Textile machinery such as fiber, cotton spinning, glass fiber, etc., fiber twisting cone cups, fiber hot roller grooves, short fiber doubling machines with wear-resistant parts, and various spinning machine accessories with wear-resistant coatings.
Coating Material:
AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Grey coating with excellent corrosion resistance.
2. AT20 (Al2O3/TiO2 80/20): Dense coating, high hardness, and good toughness.
3. AT40 (Al2O3/TiO2 60/40): Dense coating, excellent toughness, and high bonding strength.
4. Cr2O3: High hardness, low friction coefficient, excellent corrosion resistance, and abrasion-resistant to particle wear.
