Insulating coating thermal spray materials are mainly composed of alumina series ceramic materials, which have high resistivity and a dielectric constant of 12. The insulation strength reaches up to 1069V/0.1mm. At less than 1mm thickness, they can withstand over 2500V at temperatures up to 1300°C, meeting the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures. Additionally, these materials offer excellent properties such as high hardness, good wear resistance, and resistance to high temperatures and corrosion.
Application:
Bearings with insulated shells, insulated bearing retainers for motor rotors, etc.
2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. has already developed the capability to spray 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards and has achieved mass production.
Spray materials:
Al2O3: White coating, high insulation strength.
2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, dense film.
