Insulating coating thermal spray materials mainly consist of aluminum oxide series ceramic materials. These materials feature high resistivity, a dielectric constant of up to 12, and an insulation strength of up to 1069V/0.1mm. At less than 1mm thick, they can withstand over 2500V at temperatures up to 1300°C, meeting the requirements for electrical insulation under high temperatures. Additionally, the material boasts high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and superior properties such as high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
Application:
Bearings with insulated shells, insulated bearing sleeves for motor rotors, etc.
2. In the electronics industry, Al2O3 ceramic coatings are used as substrates for integrated circuits and high-performance packaging materials. The U.S. is capable of spraying 25*25 dielectric ceramic composite circuit boards and has achieved mass production.
Spray Material:
Al2O3: White coating, high insulation strength.
2. AT3 (Al2O3/TiO2 97/3): Gray coating, dense film.
