IV. Product Introduction:This unit is composed of a diaphragm pressure vessel, booster pump, electrical control box, instruments, and pipeline accessories. The maximum working pressures of this equipment are 0.6MPA, 1.0MPA, and 1.6MPA respectively. The firewater storage capacities are over 150L, 300L, and 450L, with a constant pressure water volume exceeding 50L. When used for fire hydrant systems, the water flow rate per nozzle is 2.5L/S and 5L/S, and the filled water column length is 7M, 10M, and 13M. For automatic sprinkler systems, each nozzle has a flow rate of 1.0L/S and a pressure of 0.1MPA. This product is a配套 equipment for fire extinguishing projects, primarily serving to maintain the fire-fighting pressure in water extinguishing networks. In the event of a fire alarm, the water extinguishing equipment can immediately emit a full water column, providing over 30 seconds of initial fire fighting time for the alarm to activate the large fire pump. This ensures that the main fire pump is fully operational. Due to the device's ability to consistently maintain network pressure, there is no risk of air in the network, preventing the large fire pump from being choked and the network from vibrating.
Operating Principle:Fire-fighting booster and pressure-regulating equipment separates air and water with a diaphragm. Once inflated, it operates year-round. During operation, the pump's water chamber fills as the water pressure increases, compressing the air in the gas chamber. The pump stops at the set high pressure. When the water pressure drops, the gas in the chamber expands, the diaphragm contracts, and compresses the water chamber's outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set low pressure, the补水泵 (water supply pump) starts, and this cycle repeats. Continuous water supply is controlled by an electrical pressure switch and an automatic control box.

Technical Description:The design of the YH fire-fighting pressure booster equipment is determined based on the user's water supply pipeline, pressure and flow, actual water usage, building height, and other data. The volume of the regulator used on the equipment is estimated under the condition that the water flow from the tap meets the requirements. If the tap pipeline is very narrow and the flow cannot meet the water usage demand during peak periods, the volume of the regulator needs to be recalculated. The recommended formula is as follows:
V Volume = (Q Out - Q In) × Δt
Q_in = Maximum daily water peak自来水 inflow
Qmax = Daily peak water usage by customers
