Section 5: Installation Instructions
1. Tank base requirements
The geometric dimensions of the concrete foundation should be established according to the provisions of GB02S101.

2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of the water tank
Professional welders performing on-site TIG welding.
On-site construction has standard power supply. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank.
Visual inspection shows no rust or contamination; after being filled with water for 2 to 3 hours, the box shows no significant deformation and there is no leakage at the welds, which qualifies as acceptable.
3. Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care
Do not apply excessive load to the piping inlets and outlets during installation.
Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes to the water outlet of the water tank. Set up pipe supports if necessary.
Expansion, contraction, and vibration of welded pipes must be fitted with flexible expansion joints.
4. Water Tank Configuration and Accessories
Our company supplies a range of tank components including the tank body, lockable manhole, ladder, short pipe, and single flange.
Our company can also provide matching accessories upon customer request, such as: float ball valves, glass tube liquid level gauges, and various water tank sterilization equipment.
