5. Installation Instructions
1. Tank Base Requirements
The concrete foundation geometric dimensions should be established in accordance with the provisions of GB02S101.
※ Concrete foundation level difference < 5mm;
Non-standard water tank concrete foundation, designed by us.
2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of the water tank
Professional welders performing on-site argon arc welding.
※ Standard power supply is available at the construction site. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank.
No rust or contamination upon visual inspection; after being filled with water for 2-3 hours, the box should show no significant deformation and no leakage at the welds is considered合格.
3. Tank Use, Maintenance, and Care
Do not apply excessive load to the inlets and outlets during piping.
Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes to the water outlet of the tank. Set up pipe supports if necessary.
* Flexible expansion and contraction joints must be installed for welded pipes to accommodate expansion, contraction, and vibration.
4. Water Tank Configuration and Matching Accessories
Our company supplies water tanks including the tank body, locked manhole, ladder, short pipe, and single flange.
