5. Installation Instructions
1. Tank Base Requirements
The geometric dimensions of the concrete foundation should be established in accordance with the provisions of GB02S101.

Non-standard water tank concrete foundation, designed by us.
2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of the water tank
Professional argon arc welding performed by skilled welders on-site.
On-site construction has standard power supply. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank.
* Appearance inspection: No rust or contamination; after being filled with water for 2 to 3 hours, the box should show no significant deformation and the welds should not leak to be considered qualified.
3. Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care
Do not apply excessive load to the inlet and outlet ports during piping.
Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes to the water outlet of the water tank; install pipe supports if necessary.
Welded pipe expansion, contraction, and vibration must be equipped with flexible expansion joints.
4. Water Tank Configuration and Matching Accessories
Our water tank supply range includes tank body, lockable manhole, ladder, short pipe, and single flange.
