5. Installation Instructions
1. Tank Base Requirements
The concrete foundation's geometric dimensions should be established in accordance with the provisions of GB02S101.

Non-standard water tank concrete foundation, designed by us.
2. Installation, construction, and acceptance of the water tank
Professional welders perform on-site argon arc welding.
※ Standard power supply is available at the construction site. There is ≥500mm of maintenance space around the water tank.
外观 inspection free of rust and contamination; after being filled with water for 2-3 hours, the box should show no visible deformation and the welds should not leak to be considered qualified.
3. Tank Usage, Maintenance, and Care
Do not apply excessive load to the piping inlets and outlets during installation.
Do not directly apply the weight of valves and large-diameter pipes to the water outlet of the tank; install pipe supports if necessary.
Ensure that expansion, contraction, and vibration of welded pipes are accommodated with flexible expansion joints.
4. Water Tank Configuration and Matching Accessories
Our water tank supply range includes the tank body, lockable manhole, ladder, short pipe, and single flange.
