Fused Quartz Sand: This product is produced by melting high-purity quartz sand at high temperatures, causing the molecular arrangement to shift from ordered to disordered, resulting in a high-purity amorphous transparent mass. It is primarily composed of SiO2: 99.8-99.99%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.002%, with an annual output of 5,000 tons. It is mainly used in advanced refractory materials and electrical/electronic industries.
Advanced processing techniques and equipment are employed to produce various particle size fused quartz sand powder through processes such as material collision crushing, magnetic separation, shaping, screening, air jet grinding, vibration grinding, and grading machines. The product is free of intermediate impurities during processing, ensuring the original composition is largely unchanged. Particle size can be produced according to customer requirements.
