Fused Quartz Sand: This product is produced by melting high-purity quartz sand at high temperatures, which transforms its molecular arrangement from ordered to disordered, resulting in a high-purity, amorphous, transparent melt. It is primarily composed of SiO2: 99.8-99.99%, Fe2O3 ≤ 0.002%, with an annual output of 5,000 tons. It is mainly used in advanced refractory materials and electrical & electronic industries.
Advanced processing techniques and equipment are utilized to produce various particle size electro-fused quartz sand powder through processes such as material collision crushing, magnetic separation, shaping, screening, air flow grinding, vibration grinding, and grading machines. The product is processed without the admixture of intermediate impurities, ensuring the original composition remains largely unchanged. Particle sizes can be produced according to customer requirements.
